latch. Unit is easily disassembled. Shredding discs are available in a variety of sizes. All discs are stainless
steel. The stainless steel “S” knife is the knife accessory and it is ground for sharp clean cuts.
The adjustable slicer plate allows for thickness control and opens for easy cleaning, lubrication and adjusting. Can
be used with Hobart mixers, meat choppers, and vegetable goods cutters with #12 or #22 power hubs. NSF Listed.
